1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Gingblixtar Shoes Singapore and every individual who visits our website, browses our catalogue or places an order with us. By engaging with our website in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

2. About Gingblixtar

Gingblixtar is a Singapore-based footwear retailer that ships and delivers exclusively within Singapore. Every product listed on our website is available for purchase by individuals located within Singapore only. We do not facilitate orders from or deliveries to any location outside Singapore at this time.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are placed through our website and are subject to availability of stock at the time of purchase.
  • Gingblixtar accepts payments exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment, online transaction or upfront deposit is required at any stage of placing your order.
  • Payment is collected only at the moment your order is physically delivered to your doorstep by our delivery personnel.
  • By choosing COD, you commit to being available at your delivery address to receive and pay for your order upon arrival.
  • Gingblixtar reserves the right to cancel any order where delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable at the stated address.
  • Prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Gingblixtar offers order cancellations under the following specific condition:

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped out of our facility.

Here is how our fulfilment timeline works in relation to cancellations:

  • Every order goes through 1 business day of internal processing before it is shipped out.
  • This 1 business day processing window is your cancellation window.
  • Once your order has been shipped out of our facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstance.
How to Request a Cancellation:
  • Contact us at contact@gingblixtar.com as early as possible after placing your order.
  • Include your order details and clearly state your cancellation request.
  • Our team will confirm whether your order is still within the cancellation window and respond within the same business day.
  • If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a written confirmation from us via email.
What Happens After a Successful Cancellation:

Since all payments are made through COD, no payment would have been made at the point of cancellation. Therefore, no refund is applicable for a successfully cancelled order.

What Happens If You Miss the Cancellation Window:
  • If your order has already been shipped, you are no longer able to cancel it.
  • You may instead refer to our Return and Refund Policy if the delivered item is damaged, wrong or ill-fitting.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Gingblixtar delivers all orders within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order placement.
  • This window includes 1 business day for internal processing and 1 to 2 business days for delivery to your doorstep.
  • All deliveries are completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees, service charges or delivery costs of any kind.
  • Deliveries are made within Singapore only, Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.
  • While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery timeline, occasional delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as adverse weather or logistical disruptions, may occur. We will communicate any such delays to you promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Gingblixtar accepts returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for items that are damaged, wrong or ill-fitting.
  • Approved returns are resolved through either an exchange or a refund, at your preference and subject to stock availability for exchanges.
  • All refunds are processed via direct bank transfer within 1 business day of receiving your confirmed bank details. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with minimal wear limited to an initial try-on for sizing purposes.
  • Gingblixtar arranges all return pickups at no cost to you, coordinated at a time that is convenient for your schedule.
  • Items that do not meet our return conditions upon inspection may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returns initiated for reasons outside our stated return conditions, such as change of mind, are not accepted.

7. Product Information and Accuracy

  • Gingblixtar makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
  • Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. This does not constitute a valid reason for return unless the colour received is materially different from what was ordered.
  • Size charts published on our website are provided as a guide. We encourage all customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on Gingblixtar's website, including product descriptions, images, category names, policy documents and any other written or visual material, is the intellectual property of Gingblixtar Shoes Singapore. Reproduction, redistribution or use of any content from our website without prior written permission from Gingblixtar is strictly prohibited.

9. Your Personal Data and the PDPA

Gingblixtar collects and handles all personal data in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. Personal data collected from you is used strictly for order fulfilment, delivery, return processing and customer communications.

  • We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with any third party beyond our delivery partners and banking institutions involved in your transaction.
  • Bank account details for refund purposes are collected only after a refund has been approved.

  • Gingblixtar's liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public wellness situations or third party logistics disruptions.
