2. Can I place orders from outside Singapore?
No, we don’t accept orders from outside Singapore presently. Our company operates within the confines of the territories of Singapore only. Any international order placed with us will be rejected by our team.
3. How long does deliveries take within Singapore?
Deliveries within Singapore are generally completed within 2-3 business days. This includes 1 business day for order handling, dispatch, and shipping. We ensure that all orders are delivered to the doorstep of our customers, on their given addresses.
4. Are there any delivery charges?
All deliveries are completely free of cost and we don’t charge any extra hidden fee as well. You have to pay exactly the amount that is displayed at the time of checkout. There is no minimum spend threshold either.
5. What happens if I want to cancel an order?
Cancellations are only possible until the product has not been dispatched yet. Once the product is dispatched from our facility in Singapore, we don’t allow cancellations of your placed orders. This duration is typically 1 business day.
6. Are there any cancellation fees involved?
No, there are no cancellation fees involved at all. However, if the cancel request is not placed within the stipulated timeframe, it won’t be entertained by our team at all. We request you to place a cancel order as fast as possible.
7. What happens if I get a defective or wrong item?
In case you receive a defective item or the item is not the one you ordered originally; you can place a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. We offer a 30-day return window for all orders placed with us.
8. Can I return a pair if it is not fitting in size?
We provide a complete size guide, and request you to go through it before placing an order. However, if any size issue still exists, we can’t just let you have a wrong pair! So, we ensure that you get a 30-day return window in such cases as well.
9. Are there any return or restocking fees charged?
No, there are no return or restocking fees charged at all. We make it our responsibility to ensure smooth returns and everything is managed by our team. You must mail us your return within 30-day window that has been provided.
10. How do I place a return request?
You can go to the contact us page of our website and get in touch with us through that. We’re having a dedicated team of professionals, who’re available at your service from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 4 PM SGT.
