Return and Refund Policy

Our Promise to You

At Gingblixtar, we believe that every order should arrive exactly as expected. When it does not, we take full responsibility and make it right. This policy exists to give you a clear, honest and straightforward understanding of how returns, exchanges and refunds work when you shop with us.

When Can You Return an Item?

We accept returns under the following three circumstances:

  • Damaged Products If your order arrives with any physical damage, whether it is a manufacturing defect, structural fault or damage sustained during delivery, you are entitled to raise a return request.
  • Wrong Products If the shoes delivered to you do not match what you ordered in terms of style or color, you are entitled to raise a return request.
  • Ill-Fitting Products If the size delivered does not fit as expected, despite ordering according to our published size chart, you are entitled to raise a return request.

We do not accept returns for reasons outside of the above three circumstances, such as change of mind after delivery.

Your 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to raise a return request with us. Once this window has passed, we are unable to process a return, exchange or refund regardless of the circumstances. We encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery and reach out to us promptly if anything is not right.

What Happens After You Raise a Return Request?

We have designed our return process to be as straightforward and convenient as possible. Here is exactly what happens, step by step:

  • Step 1: You Contact Us

    Reach out to us at contact@gingblixtar.com with your order details, the reason for your return request and photographs of the product where applicable. Our team reviews every request individually and with full attention.

  • Step 2: We Review and Approve Your Request

    Once we receive your return request, our team will assess it against our return conditions. We will communicate our decision to you via email within 1 business day of receiving your request.

  • Step 3: We Arrange a Pickup

    If your return request is approved, we arrange a pickup of the item from your delivery address at no cost to you. We coordinate the pickup timing based on what is convenient for you, so you do not have to adjust your schedule around us.

  • Step 4: We Inspect the Returned Item

    Once the returned item reaches us, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 1 business day to assess the condition of the product and verify the return reason.

  • Step 5: We Confirm Your Resolution

    Based on the outcome of the inspection, we will confirm whether your return qualifies for an exchange or a refund and proceed accordingly.

Exchanges

If you opt for an exchange, we will replace your item with the correct product, size or style as requested. Please note that all exchanges are subject to the availability of stock and size at the time your return is processed. If your preferred exchange option is unavailable, we will offer you a refund instead.

Refunds

If you opt for a refund or if your exchange option is unavailable, we will process a full refund for the value of the returned item.

How Refunds Are Processed

Since Gingblixtar operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis, all refunds are processed through direct bank transfer. We request your bank account details only after your refund has been approved, ensuring that your fiscal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your refund and at no earlier stage.

We process your bank transfer within 1 business day of receiving your confirmed bank details. Once the transfer has been initiated from our end, the amount may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's internal processing timelines. This is outside our control, but we will provide you with confirmation of the transfer on our end so you have a clear reference point.

Why Bank Transfer?

As all our transactions are Cash on Delivery, there is no online payment record or digital transaction to reverse. Bank transfer is the direct, reliable and transparent method available to return funds to you. It puts the refunded amount directly into your account without any intermediaries or delays on our part.

Conditions of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Unworn beyond the initial try-on for sizing purposes
  • Free from additional damage caused after delivery

Items that show signs of extended wear, external damage caused after delivery or missing original packaging may affect the outcome of our inspection and the resolution offered.

Your Personal Data and the PDPA

During the return and refund process, Gingblixtar collects certain personal data from you, including your name, contact details, delivery address and bank account information for refund purposes. This data is collected and handled in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

Consumer Protection and Fair Trading

Gingblixtar operates in full accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) of Singapore. Under this legislation, you are protected against unfair practices, and we are committed to resolving all return and refund requests honestly, fairly and without unnecessary delays. If you believe your consumer rights have not been upheld, you may seek further assistance from the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
