Who We Are and Where We Ship
Gingblixtar is a Singapore-based footwear destination committed to bringing quality shoes directly to your doorstep. We ship exclusively within Singapore. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to any destination outside of Singapore.
How Our Delivery Works
We believe getting your order to you should be simple, transparent and stress-free. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order with us:
- Day 1: Internal Processing Every order goes through a cautious internal process before it leaves our hands. We verify your order details, confirm your delivery address and prepare your shoes for dispatch. This takes 1 business day.
- Days 2 to 3: Delivery to Your Doorstep Once your order has been processed and handed to our delivery partner, your shoes will arrive at your doorstep within 1 to 2 business days.
- Total Delivery Window: 2 to 3 Business Days From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door; the entire journey takes between 2 and 3 business days.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM SGT, excluding Singapore public holidays.
What Delivery Costs You: Nothing
Every single order placed on Gingblixtar ships completely free of charge. There are no delivery fees, no service charges and no hidden costs added at checkout or at any point during your purchase journey. What you see is what you pay, and nothing more.
Cash on Delivery: Pay Only When It Arrives
We accept payments exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you do not pay anything upfront when placing your order. Payment is only collected at the moment your shoes are physically delivered to your doorstep by our delivery personnel.
We chose COD as our sole payment method because we believe trust should be built through actions, not promises. With COD, you only part with your dollars once you have your order in hand. No online transactions, no advance payments and no fiscal risk on your part. This is how we put your confidence in us first.
Your Personal Data and the PDPA
When you place an order with Gingblixtar, we collect certain personal information from you, including your name, delivery address and contact number. This information is collected solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Gingblixtar is fully committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore, which governs the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal data in Singapore.

This means we are committed to fair, honest and transparent dealings with every customer. We do not engage in unfair practices and we stand behind every product we sell.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to deliver within the 2 to 3 business day window, there may be occasional delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays or unforeseen logistical disruptions. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly via your provided contact details to keep you informed.
